Ingredients

  • 50mL JASON KONG Gin
  • 120mL Tonic Water

METHOD   |   Pouring

GLASS   |   Coppa  /  ‘Balloon Glass’

GARNISH  |   Lemongrass Stick

Instructions

Pour the gin into the glass and fill it with ice. Pour the tonic gently over the inside of the glass to avoid all the bubbles bursting at the start. Gently stir upwards 2-3 times and top it off with the garnish.

  • 25mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 25mL Simple Syrup

METHOD   |   Shake

GARNISH  |   Lime Twist

Instructions

First pour all of the ingredients into the lower part of the shaker. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into glass and finish with a garnish on the edge.

  • 20mL Butterfly Pea Syrup
  • 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 50mL Sparkling Water

Instructions

Pour all of the ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, into the lower part of the shaker & shake vigorously. Strain into a champaign glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist to finish.

Ingredients

  • 40mL JASON KONG Gin
  • 20mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10g Fresh Mint
  • 20g Fresh Cucumber
  • 20mL Sugar Syrup
  • 2 drops of Orange Bitters
  • Fevertree Elderflower Tonic / Tonic Water

GARNISH  |   Khmer Basil Sprig & Cucumber Slice

Instructions

Add lime juice, mint, cucmber, & syrup into a shaker and muddle. Add ice & shake. Double strain into a highball glass. Top with tonic water and mix with a bar spoon. Layer a shot of Jason Kong gin gently on top. Garnish with basil sprig and cucumber slice.

  • 30mL JASON KONG Gin
  • 20mL Cocchi Americano Bianco
  • 10mL Suze 

METHOD   |   Stir

GLASS   |   Rock

GARNISH  |   Orange Twist

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rock glass over an extra large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • 10mL Seekers Mekong Orange Liqueur
  • Egg Whites 

METHOD   |   Dry Shake & Wet Shake

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously without ice (dry shake). Add ice and shake again (wet shake). Double strain into a coupet glass. Garnish with a fresh petal.

  • 20mL Baileys Cream
  • 20mL Peach Liqueur

Instructions

Layer in a shot glass. First add the peach liqueur. Layer the Bailey’s on top and then layer the Jason Kong gin on top of that.
