Ingredients
- 50mL JASON KONG Gin
- 120mL Tonic Water

GLASS | Coppa / ‘Balloon Glass’
GARNISH | Lemongrass Stick
Instructions
Pour the gin into the glass and fill it with ice. Pour the tonic gently over the inside of the glass to avoid all the bubbles bursting at the start. Gently stir upwards 2-3 times and top it off with the garnish.

- 25mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 25mL Simple Syrup

Instructions
First pour all of the ingredients into the lower part of the shaker. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into glass and finish with a garnish on the edge.

- 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 50mL Sparkling Water

Instructions
Pour all of the ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, into the lower part of the shaker & shake vigorously. Strain into a champaign glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist to finish.

- 2 drops of Orange Bitters

Instructions
Add lime juice, mint, cucmber, & syrup into a shaker and muddle. Add ice & shake. Double strain into a highball glass. Top with tonic water and mix with a bar spoon. Layer a shot of Jason Kong gin gently on top. Garnish with basil sprig and cucumber slice.

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rock glass over an extra large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously without ice (dry shake). Add ice and shake again (wet shake). Double strain into a coupet glass. Garnish with a fresh petal.
