Deep indigo
Butterfly pea gives the gin its colour. Juniper, cassia, rose-apple and Battambang lime sit underneath.
Twilight violet
Bright bubbles awaken the butterfly pea. The indigo opens up and turns violet in the glass.
Orchid pink
A squeeze of lime drops the pH and the colour flips to pink. Same gin, three colours, one glass.

Mekong Butterfly Pea Gin
A colour-changing gin infused with butterfly pea flowers. Deep indigo in the bottle, violet with tonic, pink with citrus. Smooth and floral, built for cocktails or sipping neat.
